The tour was smooth and well planned. Guide Sabine was friendly and helpful, sharing great fun facts and insights. Both castles were very beautiful and definitely worth visiting! Smooth experience booking with Civitatis, very detailed email reminders and confirmation. Would recommend! Note that the tour does not include the entrance fees for the castles. Also, no photos are allowed inside the castles.

Cansel the tour guide was great, knows the history, Munich lifestyle and the route on the tour, knows the small villages, visited 2 castles with her, Schloss Linderhof and Neuschwanstein, all great but one had alot of hiking and stairs (300) Cassel warned us but please be in good shape in hiking up and down to Neuschwanstein castle.

Já fiz diversos passeios reservados pela Civitatis e gostei bastante de todos, mas neste em particular, me senti enganado. Na reserva do passeio informa que o idioma é em português com a observação de que é com áudio guia. Fui num ônibus com o guia que só falava em inglês. O audioguia do ônibus não teve nenhuma utilidade, além de não falar quase nada, não deu nenhuma informação sobre o que precisávamos saber. Todas as informações relevantes foram dadas pelo guia em inglês

I have taken several tours booked through Civitatis and I really liked all of them, but in this particular one, I felt deceived. The reservation for the tour states that the language is in Portuguese with the note that it is with an audio guide. I went on a bus with a guide who only spoke in English. The audio guide on the bus was of no use, besides not saying almost anything, it did not provide any information about what we needed to know. All relevant information was given by the guide in English.

Va' rivista tutta l' impostazione: partire alle 8 permetterebbe di avere un po' più tempo per il primo castello,di fatto a parte la mezz'ora trascorsa dentro non abbiamo potuto vedere altro nel parco. Peccato. Arrivati al secondo castello la visita con le audioguide è iniziata solo dentro,si poteva fare una registrazione in . più per descrivere l'esterno. Sul pullman le audioguide erano frammentarie e non in sequenza..

The whole setup needs to be rethought: leaving at 8 would allow for a little more time for the first castle, but apart from the half hour we spent inside, we weren't able to see anything else in the park. It's a shame. When we got to the second castle, the audio guide tour only began inside; they could have recorded an additional audio guide to describe the exterior. On the bus, the audio guides were fragmented and not in sequence.

La bellezza dei castelli non si discute, anche se d'inverno non si può attraversare il ponte o ammirare tutti i giradini, le statue e le fontane. Sono rimasta delusa dal fatto di aver pagato 20 euro, per i biglietti di ingresso pur avendo la bavarian card, quando sul sito era specificatamente scritto che ne avrei dovuti versare solo 5. Non so di chi sia la responsabilità: di civitaris o di Grey tour,ma l'ho trovato molto poco serio e trasparente. Peccato non aver visto anche il terzo castello..

The beauty of the castles is undeniable, even though in winter you cannot cross the bridge or admire all the gardens, statues, and fountains. I was disappointed to have paid 20 euros for the entrance tickets despite having the Bavarian card, when it was specifically stated on the website that I should only pay 5. I don't know whose responsibility it is: Civitaris or Grey Tour, but I found it very unprofessional and lacking transparency. It's a shame I didn't get to see the third castle as well..

Pouca informação, ficamos perdidos, pois escolhemos o tour em espanhol e o guia não fazia questão de nos ajudar. Mesmo o grupo sendo a maioria de espanhóis. O guia só falava ingles.

O passeio é realmente incrível e é difícil dizer qual dos dois palácios é mais bonito. O ponto negativo foi a extrema rispidez e até agressividade do guia Arnold, que ofendia qualquer pessoa que fizesse perguntas no ônibus. I castelli di Linderhof e Neuschwanstein sono splendidi e valgono la visita. Peccato per il poco tempo a disposizione nei giardini di Linderhof, che sembrano meravigliosi. Nota negativa: le audioguide in italiano sono disponibili solo a Neuschwanstein, mentre a Linderhof la visita è in inglese con fascicoli tradotti. Alcune istruzioni non erano chiarissime, ma, dopo che la guida del pullman è venuta nei vari posti sul pullman, è stato tutto più chiaro.
